User Community

Use our online user community to tell us what you want so that we can prioritize our work. It also allows you to share your own ideas and contributions and find contributions made by other users.

• User Forums Ask questions, meet other users, and discus how we can improve.
• Living User Guides Each user guide is hosted online allowing you to add comments to each page. Learn from other users and help us get the documentation right.
• Script and Plugin Sharing Our software is scriptable and built on a plugin architecture. We will be happy to host your scripts and plugins so that they are easy for other users to find.
• Issue Tracking and Ranking Each of our products has a project page where you can submit bug reports and feature requests. The community can also rate these issues so we know what’s most important to fix.

Open Technology

We want you to use the power built into our to fit it into your workflow, and not the other way around. To enable this all of our software is scriptable, built on a plugin architecture, and makes as few requirements to how it works as possible.

• Applescript Support Applescript gives power users a simple way to automate our applications and tailor them to specific tasks.
• Plugin Architecture Our use of Hog Bay Software’s open source Blocks plugin architecture allows programmers to add completely new features to our applications in a structured way.
