Better Drag and Drop Behavior

I am discovering all sorts of places where I expect drag operations to work and they don’t. Elsewhere, I have asked for the HBN behavior where you can drag between a list in a note and an outline of notes.

Here I ask for two other drag behaviors.

1. When I paste text into a new note, text I get elsewhere, often the title is at the top of the text field of the note. I’d like to be able to select it and drag it to the note title.

2. Often I make a note large enough that I want to break it into sections. I would like to be able to select text in a note and drag that to an outline, drop it and have a new note or subnote created. And the reverse, I’d like to be able to drag a subsection “back in” to the note field.
