Description
For my work, I use the old version of TIMER all the time. The biggest feature I use is the ability to float above everything. I do presentations and this allows me to keep on schedule. Please, please, please, my friend help me out!

This is fixed as of v24. The windows menu now has a "Floating Window" menu item.
