registration not working

I am extremely impressed with this program because it fits my requirements exactly.Alas after I made my purchase I found that the license number I was sent is invalid.
I am about to embark on a large project today and I don't want any interruptions in the middle of it.Please advise.

same here, I bought the license, which appeared INVALID

And no reaction from anyone from this company either, after sending several e-mails...
I want my money back, but what would even be better... HAVE A WORKING COPY of TrackTime (because it seemed very handy...)
