Few small issues: column headers; Auto sort folders; due dates

1)Is there a way to get column headers to appear?
2) Is there a way to auto sort the folders?
3) Where are the due dates?

View>Layout>Show/Hide entries view

1.
There's no way to show/hide column headers. Is the entries panel showing at all?
Go to View>Layout>Show/Hide entries view.

2.
The sources panel (on the left) cannot be sorted. You can drag entries to get the order you want.
In the entries panel you sort by clicking column headers.

3.
At the rightmost end of the column headers is a clickable widget. It pops up the list of available columns.
