improved keyboard shortcuts for outlining in text view

Description

In HBN, when you create a new file in the entry view, you can give it a title, hit ctrl-tab, and immediately start writing a note. In Mori, when you hit ctrl-tab, it first selects the back arrow, then the title, and then the text area in the note pane. I hope this is just an oversight that hasn't been addressed yet, because I can't imagine how this could possibly be an improvement.

Title:improved keyboard shortcut (ctrl-tab)» improved keyboard shortcuts for outlining in text view

Another issue: In HBN, if you have an outline in the text view, and you're editing something in the middle of the note, you can hit cmd-down arrow to get to the end, and you are in position to continue the outline. In Mori, it also goes to the end, but it creates a new line without the dash, so if you want to continue the outline, you have to move back to the previous line. The old way was better.

I think this is now fixed in Mori 1.2. In particular if you don't want to tab through the title text field you an now choose to hide it using the View > Layout menu.
