Description
I'm actually not familiar with how it works, but apparently Omnioutliner can export to Word and maintain outline structure that Word understands. Maybe you can do that with Mori as well, but I'm not sure.
Updates
I'd like to be able to export a specified range of folders, with their files, to MS Word as a document with outlining intact. Formatting doesn't matter; only that the file(s) get to Word so that Word knows what's a level-2 head, what's a level-3 head, and what text goes where.
This is really important. Lots of people in userland, for better or worse, need to end up with Word documents. If they could export to word with the outline structure preserved, Word could auto format everything, saving them tons of time applying stules to headings etc. This could encourage lots of people to write in Mori.

I wonder if this shows a limitation of the voting method? The people who vote are your *current* users. And most of us probably feel a little embarrssed at using Word. But that's not the real world, sadly.....

I think the title was supposed to stay "Microsoft Word export". The ability to change the title for the whole thread seems to be a new (and somewhat unitutive) feature of Drupal.
Hope you don't mind me making narrowing down the title.
While this entry is concerned with exporting big Mori outlines (entries) to big Word outlines (heading levels) another one asks for exporting small Mori lists (in notes) to Word lists (bullets) at http://www.hogbaysoftware.com/node/1510
