provide titles for opening new windows

Description

This may change if/when we get the ability to open simplified text (note) windows, as opposed to having a new viewer as we do now. But I was thinking that it would be good if when you open a particular entry in a new window, it uses the title to label the window. This way, like in Preview, or any web browser (I think), you can go to the Window menu, and see the names of your different windows. As it is now, they will all have the same name of your Mori document.
