Full screen mode blocks access to other windows when I switch apps

Description

Most or all full screen implementations of other applications I have seen allow me to access other application windows when I switch applications via CMD-tab. This isn't the case with Clockwork. Instead the menu bar changes, but only the Clockwork timer shows. To add (slight) insult to (slight) injury, I have to then switch back to Clockwork, change the viewing mode, then go to the application I discovered I needed information from after I set the timer to fullscreen mode in the first place.
